To make a reservation go to our booking page using the button below. If you require a special booking, contact us to see what arrangements can be made. Please be aware that there is a 2 night minimum stay required to book your reservation. Our rental policies are listed below.
Payment Policy
50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If you make a reservation within 30 days of your stay, you will be billed the balance due immediately after making your reservation.
A 7.00% Sales Tax and a 5.00% Bed Tax will be added to your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30 + days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 booking fee.
Cancellations 14-29 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $100 booking fee.
Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, no-shows or early departures are due no refund.
We cannot make exceptions to the above cancellation policy.
General Policies
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
There is no smoking allowed inside of the cabins. Smoking is only allowed on the porch, please clean up all debris.
No loud noises after 10:00 PM.
Leave the cabin in the condition you found it in. Put trash in trash can outside. Wash all dishes and place back in cabinet before leaving. Microwave is to be clean upon leaving. Put all dirty linens in floor of restroom.
No kitchen consumables are supplied. The fridge will be clean and empty when you arrive.
Shower before entering Hot Tub. No oil, soaps, lotions in Hot Tub. Failure to do this will result in a cleaning fee charged to your card upon leaving.
Any damages or extra cleaning will result in a charge to your credit card.
Pet Policy
If you bring a pet we ask you take more effort in cleaning the cabin by pick up dog debris from yard and sweeping up pet hair to leave our cabin as clean as possible. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets inside and outside and be considerate of our neighbors and other guests. We ask that your pets be kept under control at all times. All pets must be properly confined in crates when left alone in the cabin. No pets are allowed on the furniture. All pet owners will be responsible for any property damage. No Cats as I am highly Allergic to them.
